Data & Information Retrieval

This project was about understanding Big Data and Database design and processing, including normalization of data. There was also a project in which a data base is given and designing a database with that data that I felt was best. For this project I used Graph DB, and Node XL; however SQL was also used throughout the module, and understanding of systems like Moingo DB, and Hadoop were fundamental part as well.

Big Data, I had no idea what it was before this module, and how data mining is revolutionizing our world! I wanted to thank Both Reda team (as I dont remember many of their names..I think there was a Phillip as well), because the lesson and material were good fun to be a part of.
